Halloween has come and gone, but the memories of South Graylyn Crest’s spook-tacular festivities will last well into the fall! Our community truly embraced the spirit of Halloween this year, showcasing creativity and enthusiasm in their decorations. We are excited to announce the winners of our Halloween Decorating Contest!
🥇 1st Place: 1235 Faun Rd
The standout winner this year is the incredible display at 1235 Faun Rd! Their “Haunted Tunnel Through the Woods” captivated the neighborhood and invited brave visitors to embark on a spooky adventure. The meticulously crafted trail featured an array of creepy decorations, from ghostly figures lurking behind trees to eerie sound effects that sent shivers down spines. This immersive experience garnered an impressive 18 votes, making it a Halloween adventure to remember!
🥈 2nd Place: 1012 Sedwick Dr
In a close second, we have 1012 Sedwick Dr, which wowed us with their whimsical “Spooky Skeleton Circus.” This delightful display included an ensemble of lively skeletons participating in circus acts, complete with spooky signs and a surprise pink elephant taking center stage! The imaginative blend of fun and fright brought smiles to everyone who passed by, earning them 11 votes.
In total, we received 37 votes from our residents, with the contest page attracting 336 views.
