We are honored to have some special guest coming to our upcoming meeting on October 7th.
South Graylyn’s own Ruth Price, Deputy Public Advocate for Delaware will be joining us along with David Bonar. The advocate’s office represents customers of regulated utilities in rate cases before the PSC, including those involving electricity, natural gas, water, wastewater, basic cable television
